Frequently Asked Questions
A search agency: organic search and AI search, nothing else. We're intentionally not a “full service” agency. What we do is get brands and businesses real revenue from search, whether that's a traditional Google ranking, a map result, or a citation inside an AI answer. Everything else we've deliberately left out, to cut the noise and hone in on what we're best at.
Mostly monthly retainers, because search work compounds and stop-start engagements waste your money. We do run fixed-scope projects too: a technical audit, a migration, an AI visibility baseline, and those are often how a relationship starts. We also do straight advisory for teams that have the people to execute and just want senior direction.
Scale, mostly, and what it costs you. The large shops run hundreds of accounts, which means process, tiered staffing, and a strategist you meet once. We curate our partnerships so the senior people stay on your account. The other difference is that we started building for AI search before it was a line item; it's the core of how we work, not a service added to a deck last year.
Both, because each one feeds the other. Technical health, internal linking, content depth, and earned authority are still what produce the rankings AI answers get assembled from. So we run classic SEO, technical, on-page, local, link acquisition, and layer AI visibility on top of it. Anyone selling you GEO without the fundamentals underneath is selling you half a strategy.
By raw sessions, yes, but that's the wrong measure. The people asking an assistant instead of searching are disproportionately the ones doing research before a considered purchase, and they arrive already sold or already ruled out, because the model did the shortlisting. So the question isn't how much traffic it sends, it's how many deals were decided before anyone visited your site. That number doesn't show up in analytics, which is precisely the problem.
No, and you should leave any conversation where someone does. Nobody controls Google's index or a model's output. What we will commit to is the work: what ships, when, and how it's measured, agreed in the scope and reported against every month. If an agency is guaranteeing position one, they're either buying it, faking the report, or picking keywords nobody searches for.
You get a monthly report and a standing call, and both lead with the same numbers every time: organic visibility, AI citation share, and the pipeline attached to them. We don't rotate metrics to find a flattering one. Where a number went the wrong way, that's the first thing on the call. The point of a baseline is that it's hard to hide behind.
